Balloon Forming
• Our specialized high-performance stretch-blow molding capabilities cater to PTCA,
PTA, endoscopy, urology applications. We manufacture non-compliant, semi-compliant, and
compliant balloons with diameters ranging from 0.5mm to 50mm.
• Envaste utilizes advanced materials and proprietary technologies to ensure consistent wall thickness, high burst resistance, and low profiles for the most challenging clinical procedures.
Precision Extrusion

Thermal Reflow
• MSI Steeger vertical laminator, lengths up to 2.1m accommodating 1-34Fr diameters

• 360 degrees Microswirl nozzles with centering guides to ensure optimal heat exposure
Cleanroom Class 7
• 1500sq.ft validated at Class 7. Split into 2 independent rooms
• Full process capability including package, labelling and sealing
Catheter Welding
• Precision laser welding for distal tips, balloon welding, and pull-wires assemblies. This technology allows for the most robust connections without adding bulk to the catheter profile
Hydrophilic Coating
• Automated dip coating system that integrates dipping & UV curing of medical device coatings
• High-performance lubricious hydrophilic coating solutions available
• Single or dual layer with primer & topcoat possibilities
Advanced Testing
• Tensile tester : Instron, Max load cell: 1kN & 50N
• Crescent HBLT hydraulic burst tester

Adhesive & Curing Stations
• Adhesive dispensing technology with high control including time as precise as
0.01s and pressure controlled between 1-100psi
• UV adhesive curing lamp technology with standard wavelengths 320-500nm on site and other wavelengths available
Pouch Sealing
• Packaging pouch sealing, extended length medical pouch sealer
• Advanced processor allowing advanced seal to seal consistency
